We begin with a thorough walk through of the home assessing
what staging needs should be implemented by taking a
detailed look at each room from a buyer’s perspective. We
will discuss your home’s best features, as well as any
challenges, and offer a variety of services that can make a
huge impact in getting your home sold quickly, and for top
dollar.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on
their way to being staged and just need a little extra
direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most
important things the seller should do right away to increase
the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.
Complete Staging – Half Day (4-5 hours) or Full Day (8-9
hours)
This service is for those homes that need the extra touch of
a professional stager. After an in-depth walk thru, I will
work off a detailed action plan transforming the home
focusing on priority of effectiveness. All the decorative
accessories required to enhance your existing furnishings
will be included at no additional charge. I bring them-you
keep them, until the house is sold!
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend
This comprehensive staging package is optimal for a house
that is just about to go onto the market, or has an Open
House in order to make a great first impression. I spend two
full days prior to the target weekend transforming your home
into a buyers dream! My staging services will not only place
you ahead of the competition within your specific area, it
will also make a strong impression on every prospective
buyer. All the decorative accessories required to enhance
your existing furnishings will be included at no additional
charge. I bring them-you keep them, until the house is sold!
This is definitely a Win-Win Staging Package.
Completed Do-It-Yourself Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself”
Guides
Add a completed 10-page Action Plan to any of the above
Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself. We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and
filling out our Action Plan. We’ll also email you
“Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a
dramatic difference in the value of your home.
